Overview And Experience

Logan A. Pardell is a Founding Partner of PKG. Logan focuses his practice on nationwide complex class and collective action litigation, including claims for unpaid overtime wages, unpaid bonuses, meal and rest break violations, unreimbursed business expenses, Equal Pay Act violations and ERISA violations.  Logan has practiced in a variety of different federal and state jurisdictions, including, but not limited to: Florida, California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Colorado and North Carolina.

Logan fights tirelessly for his clients to obtain the best possible outcome. Logan delivers for his clients by diligently investigating each case and providing accessibility and frequent follow up to ensure all of his clients are apprised of the developments in their cases.  To date, Logan has helped tens of thousands of workers collect more than $50 million.

Prior to starting PKG, Logan was an attorney at Shavitz Law Group, P.A., one of the preeminent wage and hour class action law firms in the United States.  At SLG, Logan focused on class and collective unpaid overtime litigation across a variety of industries and jurisdictions.  

Logan is currently the Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Logan has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020-2022.
