PKG, along with co-counsel Brown, LLC, represents former Alight Solutions call center workers who claim they were required to perform work, including pre-shift job functions, without compensation in violation of the FLSA and state wage and hour laws.
On April 10, 2024, the Plaintiffs filed a motion to conditionally certify the class of call center workers, which would allow them to send court-authorized notice to every such worker who fall within the nationwide class definition. On July 2, 2024, the Northern District of Illinois granted Plaintiffs’ motion and authorized notice to be issued to nearly 6,000 class members this summer!
